Reservation Confirmation, Changes, or Cancellation

To confirm a reservation:
1. We must have a current credit card number on file.

2. Guest’s inoculations must be up to date. (Dogs: Rabies, DHLP/Corona, and Bordetella
                                                                  Cats: Rabies and FVRCP)
Please bring, mail or have your veterinarian fax us a copy of your pet’s shot records (318 473-2070)

3. All new clients will be charged a one night (per pet) non-refundable deposit when the reservation is made.

4.  All new guests should arrive at least one hour before our office closes. This will help your pet to be more comfortable in a new environment.
For your pet’s wellbeing, we recommend a morning arrival if at all possible. Please allow at least 15-20 minutes for your pet’s first time, get acquainted check-in.

Cancellations:
1. Cancellations that occur less than 72 hours before the scheduled arrival will be charged for one night per pet.
2. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for the entire booked reservation period.

Changes:
1. Changes made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for the entire booked reservation period.
2. This will include early pet pick-ups or late pet arrivals.

Holiday Reservations:
1. Minimum 3 night visit during Holiday periods.                                                             
2.  There is $5.00 Holiday fee per guest on the day of the holiday.

HOLIDAYS
OUR ‘LOBBY’ WILL BE CLOSED ON ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS
We will be closed or close at 11:00 am on the day before all major Holidays. (Holiday hours may change and will be posted prior to Holiday)
